Trustees, their relations to the Cem'y & props &c, rep. to Com. Sec p.337

to the Cemetery and to the proprietors as established
by the several Acts creating the board, and what
if any suggestions arising therefrom should properly
be made to the proprietors of their next annual
meeting be referred to a committee consisting of
Mr Choate to consider and report at the next
meeting of the Board.

Sales of land to delinquent purchasers to be annulled, unless. &c

On motion of Mr Choate, it was

Voted, – that the Secretary be instructed to notify
all parties reported by the Superintendent as purchasers
of land at Mt Auburn who are in arrears of
payment therefor, that the transaction will be
considered as annulled unless settlement is
made on or before the [Letter Bk. Vol. 3, pp. 394 to 396.]

A statement of the sales of land effected by
the Superintendent from to
having been submitted and read; also a statement
of land remaining unpaid for to date. (certificates
outstanding). it was

Voted, – that said statements be accepted and placed on file.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest,
representatives were designated for lots as follows,
viz:

Sarah E. Allen, (Mrs Joseph S.) of Newtonville, daughter of Mrs Sanna C. Valentine, (Mrs Charles)
declared proprietor of Lot numbered Thirteen hundred & nineteen.
