Proprietors Feb'y 1, 1875

Annual Meeting of the Proprietors
Monday, February 1^st, 1875.

A duly notified meeting of the Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn was held at the Horticultural
Hall, Boston, on Monday, February 1^st, 1875, at half
past Three o'clock in the afternoon.

A quorum being present the meeting was called
to order by the President, and the call for the same was
read by the Secretary.

The record of the last Proprietors' Meeting was read
by the Secretary, and approved.

Annual Reports

The Annual Report of the Trustees, accompanied by
the Reports of the Superintendent and Treasurer, having
been distributed in print among the Proprietors
present, and the Report of the Trustees having been
read by the Secretary, it was

Reading of Supt.'s & Treas^r's Reports dispensed with, Reports accepted & ordered to be recorded

Voted, – that the reading of the Superintendent's
and Treasurer's Report be dispensed with.

Voted, – that the Annual reports be accepted and recorded.

Revision, &c., of By Laws Com. of Prop^s app^d to make etc.

On motion of M^r J. Thomas Stevenson it was

Voted, – that a Committee of three proprietors be
appointed to whom shall be referred all the By-Laws
so called, of this corporation, for revision, who shall
report at a future meeting, two codes, one of By-Laws
of the corporation, the other of rules and regulations
for the conduct of the affairs of the corporation.
