February 10^t, 1875.

A monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held on Wednesday, February 10^t, 1875 at Four o'clock
P.M.

Present, Messrs N. J. Bradlee, J. T. Bradlee,
Browne, Choate, Lawrence, Perkins ^^Snow and Spelman.

The meeting was called to order by M^r Spelman
and the record of the last meeting was read and
approved.

Election of Officers:

The names of the Trustees elected at the
Annual Meeting of the Proprietors on the 1^st inst.,
were announced by M^r Spelman, who stated that
the business first in order would be the election of
officers for the ensuing year; – on motion of M^r
Perkins, it was

Voted, – that the Board proceed to ballot for a
President.

M^r Perkins having been designated as a
Committee to collect and count the votes, announced
the result as follows, viz;

Whole number of ballots case for President 7
all of which were for Israel M. Spelman, – and

President. I. M. Spelman.

M^r Israel M. Spelman was accordingly declared
elected to the office aforesaid.

The Board then proceeded to ballot for the
offices of Secretary, Treasurer and Superintendent,
with the following result, as announced by M^r
