Trustees.

and count the votes as aforesaid, viz; –

Election of Secretary

Whole number of ballots cast for Secretary, 7;
all of which were for Samuel Batchelder Jr.,
and he was accordingly declared elected to tht
office for the ensuing year.

Treasurer

Whole number of ballots cast for Treasurer, 7;
all of which were for Henry B. Mackintosh, and
he was accordingly declared elected to that office
for the ensuing gear

& Superintendent

Whole number of ballots cast for Superintendent 7;
all of which were for James W. Lovering, and he was
accordingly declared elected to taht office for the
ensuing year.

Salaries of Superintendent

On motion of Mr Snow, it was

Voted, – that the salary of the Superintendent
be fixed at two thousand five hundred dollars,
($2500. – ) for the ensuing year, and that he shall
have the use of a house with the grounds thereto
belonging, the use of a horse and vehicle, and the
services of one man, at the expense of the corporation.

Treasurer

Voted, – that the salary of the Treasurer be fixed at
two thousand two hundred and fifty dollars,
($2250. – ) for the ensuing year.

Secretary

Voted, – that the salary of the Secretary be fixed
at one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500. –) for
the ensuing year.

In pursuance of the provisions of the By-Laws
