Trustees.

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lot No 2581.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee
on Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty
the perpetual repair of Lot #2581, Evergreen Path,
late of Benjamin Hartshorn, deceased, for the sum
of $300.– it was

Voted, – that the above contract be concurred in.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest
representatives were designated for lots as follows, viz: –

Frances W. Simpson (Miss) of Boston, sister of John Simpson,
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Twenty-three hundred & twelve.

3120
Charles Wells Cook of Boston, grandson of Charles Wells,
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty-one hundred & twenty.

Adjourned to Friday, at 4 P.M.

An adjourned monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on Friday, at Four o'clock P. M.

Present, Messrs J. T. Bradlee, Brewer, Browne,
Choate, Lawrence, Little, Perkins, Pickering, Snow
and Spelman.

The record of the last meeting was read and
approved.
