Trustees, March 24, 1875.

A special meeting of the Trustees was
held on Wednesday, March 24^t at Four o'clock P.M.

Present, Messrs J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee,
Brewer, Choate, Perkins, Pickering and Spelman.

The record of the last meeting was read and
approved.

By-Law revision, Com. of Prop^s on; request Trustees to call meeting of Prop^s to receive report

The President stated that the meeting was
called in consequence of the receipt of a letter
from the Committee of Proprietors on the revision
of the By-Laws dated the 22^d inst., requesting him
to call a meeting of the Trustees to take the necessary
action in regard to calling a meeting of the Proprietors
on the 12^t proximo, to receive the committee's report.

Report of Com of Conference of B^d of Trustees with Com of Prop^s accepted, &c.

A ^^verbal report was received from M^r Choate, in
behalf of the Committee of conference appointed
at the last meeting. And the same having been
considered it was

Voted, – that said report be accepted and the
Committee discharged.
