A monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees
was notified to be held on Wednesday, July 14^th, at
Twelve o'clock, meridian.

At the day and hour aforesaid, the President,
and Messrs. Choate, Lawrence, Perkins and Snow
were present. In the absence of a quorum, it was

Voted, – that this meeting be adjourned to Monday,
the 19^t inst., at half past Two o'clock P. M.

An adjourned monthly meeting of the Board
of Trustees was held on Monday, July 19^t 1875, at half past
Two o'clock, P. M.

Present, the President, and Messrs J. T. Bradlee,
N. J. Bradlee, Choate, Lawrence, Perkins, Pickering
and Snow.

The records of the meeting of the Board from
June 9^t to July 14^t, 1875, inclusive were read and approved.

On motion of M^r J. T. Bradlee, it was

Voted, – that a recess of five minutes be taken,
in order to afford to the Special Committee on the Stone-
-farm buildings, consisting of the Committee on Grounds
and M^r N. J. Bradlee, an opportunity of maturing
their report on the subject committed to them.
