Halcyon Lake Lots in immedi-ate vicinity of
Voted, – that the Committee on Lots are hereby
directed to make sale of lots in the immediate
vicinity of Halcyon Lake only with the provision that
no fences or curbs shall ever be placed about said lots.

Amend. to Art. VI of Rules & Regns Notice of intention to offer –
Notice was received from the same gentleman
of his intention to offer, at the next meeting of the
Board, an amendment to Article IV of the Rules and
Regulations.

Stone-farm price of land & of p. c. of grass on; motion to recon-sider vote fixing, lost.
A motion was made by Mr Choate to reconsider
the vote adopted at the meeting of , fixing the
price of land and of the perpetual care of grass upon
a certain portion of the Stone farm, for the purpose,
in case a reconsideration was had, of offering a vote
fixing the price of land and of the perpetual care of
grass at a sum per foot 25 cents less than the price
fixed at the meeting aforesaid.

The yeas and nays having been called upon
the motion to re-consider, it was lost, – Messrs.
Spelman and Choate voting "yea", and Messrs. J. T.
Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee, Lawrence, Perkins and Snow
in the negative.

Intermediate space Sale of Lots 4373 & 4375 without reservation of, ratified.
On motion of the chairman of the Committee
on Lots, it was

Voted, – that the Secretary be authorized to prepare
and deliver deeds of Lots Nos 4373 and 4375 on
