An adjourned monthly meeting of the Board
of Trustees was held on Thursday, , at half past
Twelve o'clock, P. M.

Present, the President and Messrs J. T. Bradlee,
N. J. Bradlee, Browne, Choate, Lawrence, Little, Perkins
and Pickering.

The reading of the records was dispensed with.

Coolidge Av. Designs, &c. for proposed fence recommended by Com. on Grounds.
The President, in behalf of the Committee on
Grounds, to whom, at the meeting of the , the
designs and estimates for an iron fence on Coolidge Av.
were recommitted, with instructions to recommend a
plan for said structure at a meeting to be , submitted to the Board a full
size diagram of the rails and post of the proposed
fence, together with a smaller sketch showing the gates,
ect., also, estimates of the cost of construction; – the
above being all furnished by Messrs. Cook, Rymes & Co.,
of Charlestown. The Committee unanimously recommended
that the fence on Coolidge Avenue be constructed in sub-
-stantial accordance with the plans, etc., submitted.

Report accepted and work authorized.
On motion of Mr Little, it was

Voted, – that the report of the Committee be accepted.

On motion of Mr Choate, it was

Voted, – that the Committee be authorized to
contract for the construction of a fence, as aforesaid,
upon substantially the same plan which has now been
