A monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held on Wednesday,, at Four o'clock P.M.

Present, the President, and Messrs. J. T. Bradlee,
N. J. Bradlee, Browne, Choate, Lawrence, Perkins and Snow.

The record of the last meeting was read & approved.

Treasr's Quarterly Statements refd to Com. on Finance.
The statements of the Treasurer for the quarter
ending having been submitted, it was

Voted, – that the Quarterly statements of the Treasurer
be referred to the Committee on Finance.

Monthly bills refd to President
The usual monthly file of bills with accompanying
schedule having been laid before the Board, it was

Voted, – that said bills be referred to the President
for his approval, and payment by the Treasurer if found
correct.

A communication from Truman H. Safford
sexton and undertaker of the corporation, resigning his
office, and requesting the appointment thereto of his
son, Francis Safford, and a letter from Francis
