On motion it was

Voted: That the hour of the regular
meeting of the Board of Trustees be at 2 P.M.
until otherwise ordered.

Deed of Add'n to #310 to be issued without deposit.
The President for the Com. on Lots, he
explaining the reasons therefor, presented the
following votes which were passed

Voted: That the Secretary be author-
ied to issue a Deed for an Addition to
Lot #310 Heirs of W^m Sturgis, without a deposit
for the perpetual care of grass.

#3303 Re-conveyance of authorized.
Voted: That the Secty. be authorized
to accept a re-conveyance of Lot #3303 from
the Heirs of Mary Pycott as part payment
for Lot #2154 sold to William S. Pycott and
approved by Com. on Lots.

Statement Treasurer 1870 to 1880
The President presented a Statement ¹⁰⁵
from the Treasurer showing the transactions
of the Repair Fund & the General Fund with
the Amounts due & uncollected during the ten
years 1870 to 1880 & on motion it was

Voted: That said Statement ¹⁰⁵ be filed.

Monthly Bills ref^d to Pres^t
The file of Monthly Bills (2 months) and the
Schedules of same amounting to $6.408.27 &
$5.110.24 were presented

Voted: That said Bills be referred to the
Pres^t for his approval & payment by Treas.
