June 28, 1898.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was held,
as notified, on Tuesday, June 28, 1898, at 2:20 o'clock, P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Browne, Eaton, Foster,
Jones, Shaw, and Whitney.

Records
The records of the meeting of February 15, 1898 were
read and approved

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the following Schedules of Monthly Bills: -

March 9, ^$3098.51; April 13, ^$4939.54; May 11, ^$5,546.92;
and June 8, ^$8203.47, and that payment of the same
had been thereupon made by the Treasurer.

Voted, that the action of the President in this re-
gard be fully ratified and approved.

Representatives appointed
Voted, that Representatives be designated for Lots
as follows: _
