Thirty-two thousand dollars, but that power be given to
the Committee to negotiate such sale with the Committee
of the Board of Cemetery Commissioners of the City of Cam-
bridge at a price not less than Thirty thousand dol-
lars, possession not to be given until the expiration of
one year from the date of the deed, and the right to be
reserved to the Corporation to drain through the water-

Repair Fund Proposed Amendment to Article VIII. By-Laws
The Finance Committee having represented to the
Board the great difficulty experienced by them in
procuring suitable mortgages for the investment of the
Repair Fund, making it desirable that some action
be taken by the Corporation whereby the scope of in-
vestments may be materially enlarged, it was Voted.

That a Committee of four be appointed by the
President, to consider the subject of making such
changes in Article VIII of the By-Laws as will enlarge
the field of investments now permitted for the Repair Fund,
and report their conclusions at the next meeting of the
Board, in order that the same may be embodied in an
amendment to said Article VIII, to be acted upon at the
next annual meeting.

The President appointed Messrs. Choate, Whitney, Watson
and Cummings as such Committee, upon motion the
President was added thereto.
