Resignation of Jerome Jones as Trustee
The President read the following communication
from Mr. Jerome Jones: –

Corey Hill Brookline.

Israel M. Spelman Esq.,

Pres't Mt. Auburn Cem.,

Cambridge,.

Dear Sir:

Increasing cares
compel me to free myself from some of my
outside director ships and having served your Board
the past twenty years, I feel justified in resigning
at this time which I hereby do. x x x x x x.

I desire to add
that it is with regret that I leave a Board which
has been so harmonious always and in which I
have always received the worst friendly and contous
treatment as well also as from all the officials.

The following vote was then passed:

Voted. To accept the resignation of Mr. Jerome Jones,
and that the thanks of this Board be presented to Mr.
Jones, in recognition of his long and faitful services as
Trustee, as well as their sincere regrets at the ne-
cessity for his resignation.
