As I do not like
unnecessary prolixity I
enclose you a compendious
form of transfer of the
Sphynx, which if you think
sufficiently and legally binding
I shall be ready to sign as soon
as the pending inscription
which is promised by the Superintendent
shall be finished.

When all is ready, please call-
at my house and take and
witness my signature.
