Dear Sir,

At the meeting of the Trustees
of Mount Auburn held this day, Mr Bow-
ditch
for the Comee on Lots presented the
report of the Comee upon the subject of the
vote adopted at the February meeting, re-
lating to the fund for the care of the Story
lot, and the balance of the fund in the
hand of the Treasurer for the Story Statue.

The report was accepted; and
the following is a copy of the vote
adopted thereon.

"That so much of the subject of
the Committee's report as relates to the
balance of the [Joseph Story Statue|Story Statue]] fund be
recommitted, with authority to obtain the
consent of the living subscribers of that
fund for the disposition of said balance."
