Mr. A. O. Lindsey
Charlestown

Dear Sir, I see
that you do not yet apprehend
the nature of the difficulty in making
the deed. It is nothing as to title
that your mother was designated
to represent the lot -- that does not
vest any title in her. I only wish
to know the facts. If your father
left no will, the deed should be
made to the heirs at law. If he made
one, just show me a copy, and
I will advise you whether it
ought to be made in the same
way. The deed of the addition should
be to the same person or persons
that hold the original, by law.
Your mother would still represent
it, until the appointment should
be received.

Truly yours
A.J. Coolidge
Secretary
