Boston,
F F Raymond Esq.

Dear Sir,

I have with the
Superintendent
measured your brother's
lot in Mt Auburn.

It measures across the front
and rear inside of the curb -
17 feet and the two sides are
21 feet strong. i.e. 21x17=357f.

This is off more than was
reported as sold to Mr Raymond,
as an addition. The curb is of ex-
pensive work, and of course he
must have known that he had
enclosed some fifty feet over his first
purchase.

You will not expect the lot to be
good without a deed of this: nor
can it be expected that the Corpn
will relinquish their claim to pay.

As the by-laws protect any gra-
tuitous disposition of lots, or land.

Yours truly
A.J. Coolidge
