Rev. Asa Bullard

Dear Sir,

The Committee on Lots
have considered your application
to know for what sum the Corpor-
ation will assume the perpetual
care of the Fessenden Lot, No. 777,
in Mount Auburn, after the fence
shall have been renewed, and a
new die set to the monument, as
suggested by you; and have instructed
me to inform you that they will
contract therefor for the sum of
($150) one hundred and fifty
dollars.

Very truly yours

A.J. Coolidge
Sec.y

Geo. W. Little Esq.

Dear Sir,

I have ascertained that
Benj. Haynes, in whose name I
recently issued a deed of lot
No 3162
in the Cemetery of Mount
Auburn, died some time prior
to the date of sd deed - to wit -
in July last, and the deed
is consequently void.

I presume you did not an-
ticipate the effect of a deed thus
surviving to him. If you will
bring the deed to me at your
early convenience, I will see
how we can remedy the difficulty.

Truly yours

A.J. Coolidge
