proprietor of lot numbered 1290 on
Pine Av^e desires to know for
what sum the Corporation will
contract to keep his lot in
perpetual Repair. I enclose
the Supt's description of said lot.

At the meeting of the Trustees
of Mount Auburn Cemetery,
May 4, 1863, the following
vote was passed.

"That the Committee chosen to
prosecute the claim against
of the Corporation against Jon^a
Mann be instructed to make
a report at the next meeting,
of their proceedings in the suit,
and of the expenses thus far
incurred from the commencement
of the investigation of his accounts.
