Dear Sir,

Mr. S. P. Adams,
proprietor of lot no 776, on Moss Path,
which contains new tomb, has requested
me to ascertain for what sum the
Corporation will guaranty the perpet-
ual repair of said lot. -

Dea. Nathl Willis, Proprietor
of lot no 972, Spruce Ave has made
a similar request.-

I submit herewith the report
upon each of these lots made by the
Superintendent.

I have laid before the
Committee on Lots your application to
know for what sum this Corporation
will guaranty the perpetual care of
your lot and tomb in the Cemetery -
No. 776 on Moss Path- and they have
instructed me to notify you that they
will recommend the Trustees to assume
such obligation for the sum of
five hundred dollars ($500.)
