Dear Sir, The following votes were passed at the
meeting of the Trustees held today.

"That the Secretary send to the Superintendent the statement
of the Committee on Lots on several lots referred to in their
report which need repairs, with the amount of the fund
for each lot according to the last report of the Treasurer,
and instruct him to cause such repairs as may be
necessary within the income of the funds upon the lots
not guarantied, and to put the guarantied lots
in order."

"That the Superintendent be requested to furnish
the Secretary with a list of lots in the Cemetery which
appear to have been neglected by the proprietors, and
for which no contract of repair has been made with
the Corporation."
