J. Huntington Wolcott Esq

Dear Sir,

I have shown
two plans of your lot in Mt
Auburn to Mr Curtis viz a
tracing of the present location,
and one of the proposed location,
and stated as fairly as possible
your views.

He wished me to leave them
with him, and to say to you
that he would be pleased to
confer with you about the matter.

I accordingly do so.

Very respectfully
You Obt Servt
