& Alvan Clark

I am not able to return yet. The last named
here not paid the $50 for tomb rights.- This
rule applies to all new purchases whether the tomb
be a catacomb or otherwise.

I do not find any record of
agreement about allowance on the Larkin lots
inquired about by you.--

Please receipt in turn bill to Z. Hosmer,
for the draft of $10 which I send you. -
