you are said to have been the undertaker.
No order has been recd for the same, nor have
the facts required been returned. You will
please see that the order properly filled & signed
is sent to me, as soon as possible. -

Dear Sir,

Enclosed I send you
ready for execution the deed of
the part of your lot which you
propose to convey to Mrs. Parker.

I also enclose a card of admission
for her.-

Whenever you are ready, I will take
your acknowlegment. - any hour after
12 o'clock.

The deed to yourself has been sent to
the Treasr Mr Bond, 167 Congress St.
for delivery, as he wishes each proprietor
to receipt for the deed upon his certificate
book.-
