Dear Sir,
I have conferred
with the Committee on Lots about
the matter inquired about, and
they are willing to accept the
$300 and allow you to pay the
bill of $30 as estimated by the
Supt for the present repair
of the lot. - So I will be ready
at any time to attend to the
execution of the papers which I
herewith send for your signature.
The money will be payable to the
Treasurer, - Geo. Wm Bond, 167
Congress St. --
Yours truly
A.J. Coolidge Sec.y
I send the supt's reports upon
lot 203 owned by heirs of Benj.
Fiske, and of 497, by heirs of
Israel Lombard, in both
of which cases the parties wish
the estimate of Comeeon Lots
for contracts for perpetual
repair. -
Mr Lombard left $300 by
his will for the repair of his lot,
but did not explain perpetual
repair: but the Trustees of his estate
desire the guaranty.
Very resp.y
A.J. Coolidge
Sec.y
