Dear Sir,

I enclose the order
of Thomas O'Brien dated May 10/64
and handed to me last evening,
in favor of James Black, making
his wages now due from our Corpor-
ation and all which may become
due to the amount of $75 payable
to said Black.

Your acceptance of the same
will enable you to pay to reserve
for Black, without danger from trus-
tee process.
