Dear Sir,

Mr Henry O. How-
ard
, one of the heirs of the lot of
late Abraham Howard 331. Alder Path,
wishes to purchase the land in the rear
of both lots - 331 & 332 - as an addition to
said lots, if he can arrange with the other heirs,
which he will know in a few days. In
the meantime, please not sell it, if you
have a call for it, without letting me
know.

Please attend to the enclosed note
of Wm F. Matchatt.

P. S. Also report on lots 331 &
332
in reference to guaranty for
perpetual repairs.--
