Dear Sir,

Our Supt, Capt.
Winsor
, has, at your request I presume
reported upon the condition of your lot
for perpetual care: and the Committee
upon lots have considered the applica--
tion, and instructed me to inform
you that the Corporation will
assume the perpetual care of lot
No. 3367
, for five hundred and
fifty dollars.— ($550.)

Dear Sir,

At the meeting
of the Trustees of Mount Auburn
held on [inst?], the
following vote was adopted:—

"That, until otherwise ordered,
no upland between Yew and Central
Avenues
be sold for less than two
dollars per square foot, and no
upland in other parts of the old
Cemetery be sold for less than one dollar
per square foot, except by approval of
the Committee on Lots."
