Mrs E.A. Crowley
Holliston, Mass.

Dear Madam, I understand that
you are the only heir to lot no. 2624 in
the Cemetery: but you cannot so stand on
our records without making the affidavit
which I send you. If you will sign
it and make oath before a Justice of the Peace,
I will record you as the proprietor. This will
probably be of importance to you to preserve
the title for you and your heirs. Our charge
is $2. which you may remit, when you
return the affidavit.

Please also sign and return as soon
as you can the order for the removal of
Mr Fishe's body. Mrs. Powers showed me
your letter requesting it, but we want this
formal order. --

Yours respectfully

A.J. Coolidge Sec.y

Capt D.L. Winsor

Dear Sir,

Will you please direct
Mr Safford to see that no removal
of the body of Ezekiel Hallet or any
other person interred in lot no 2603,
rear of Central Avenue, is made
without further orders, as a question of
rights is pending respecting it before the Trustees.

Will you personally notify Lewis
Jones
, the undertaker, that he
must not come again to Mt Auburn
with a body for interment without a
proper order for the same from a person,
duly authorized, under the risk of being
stopped at the Gate: and direct the
Gatekeeper not to open the gate to Mr
Jones
with any body for interment,
