it is intended. The Trustees may
not need this presention of these
views for their individual enlighten--
ment; but there are few others
who have no such need.—

What I wish is that
the subject may be referred
to the Committee on Lots, unless
a Special Comee should be
preferred, with full power to
issue an address to the proprietors
on this subject.— or that the
Secretary under the direction of the
Committee on Lots be authorized to
address the proprietors in the name of
the Trustees on the subject of the
perpetual preservation of their lots.
