Dear Sir,

The following votes relating to the
administration of affairs in your department were
yesterday adopted at a meeting of the Board of Trus--
tees: --

"That the Superintendent be instructed to place
the numbers and bounds to such lots as have
been neglected, at the expense of the proprietors,
notice having previously been given in accordance
with the rules of this Board." --

"That the Superintendent, under the direction of the
Committee on Interments be directed to exclude from
the privileges of the Cemetery, any Undertaker, in his
official capacity, who shall have been reported
as delinquent in complying with the Regulations
relating to Interments."
