Dear Sir,

Upon the application
of Dr Lawrence in behalf of himself
brother & yourself for a relocating of
your lot in the Cemetery, presented
to the Trustees last Monday, the subject was
referred to the Com. on Lots, who have
decided to grant your request, by giving deeds
anew to the parties, they first reconveying
their lots to the Corporation. If you will
send or bring your deed I will prepare
transfer for your signature.

I had supposed we should effect it
by a change of the plans, but that arrange-
ment did not appear to suit Dr Lawrence.
