Capt. D.L. Winsor

Dear Sir,

Mr E.K. Roberts,
of Boston had his brother Alfred
deposited in the Receiving Tomb Aug 9,
1864, & has recd notice of expiration
of the 4 mos.-

He wishes a little further time
to select a lot, & will do so, if the
snow leaves so as to afford him an
opportunity. I have told him, that
$ 1.25 per month would be charged
him extra to be deducted out of
the amt to be refunded.

Yours Respy

P.S. Williams left two plans here on Saturday for you.-
or rather two views of same plan - I should think.

Edwin F. Adams Esq.r

Dear Sir,

I have ^had a new
Report made upon the four lots of your-
self and others, and have sub-
mitted them subject to the Com-
on Lots, who have directed
me to inform you that the Cor-
poration will assume the contract
for perpetual repair of these lots
for $1200.-- The by laws do not
permit the assumption of one of
the guarantee contracts for less than
$300 for each lot of 300 feet.

If you shall conclude to accept
the offer, I will wait upon you at
any time to draw the necessary papers.

Yours Respectfully

A.J. Coolidge
