Chas. E. Savell Esq
Roxbury, Mass.

Dear Sir,

I have been
much pressed for time, or should
have returned the petition to you
sooner for execution.

If your father left a widow, please
insert the fact and her name. If not,
say "no widow" & erase the "whose name is." --
If your brother John left children, their
name & residence should be inserted.

If under guardianship, the guardian
should sign. --

I have at your request, changed
the family name, in my catalogue.

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge
Sec.y
