Capt. D L Winsor,

Dear Sir,

I wish you would
endeavor to report upon lot 525 Olive Path,
to Oliver A. Farwell, if you can. I am inclined to,
think, from Mr Shedd's statement, that his surveyor's
measurement is correct - for he states that although
he gives one of the distances on the sketch handed you,
as 13ft., that was a mere error of figures there,
and that he calculated the area by calling that distance
15 feet. It seems a pity, when the money has been ready
for the lot so long, that the proprietor should not receive
his deeds. I have the impression the figures he
gave me were 356 ft. but your memo will
show. My former note contained it as he
gave it to me.

Respectfully yours

A.J. Coolidge
