Dear Sir,

Will you please
send me word how you &
Mr Timson divide your lots
as to relative position. As they
are on the westerly side of Wal-
nut Avenue
, fronting to the east,
of course one of them is north &
one south of the other.

Just tell me which takes the
north & which the south lot, if you
divide them so. - As they are very long
east & west, I don't know but you divide the
other way one taking the east & one the west
or back lot.

[diagram: measurements & orientation]

I don't know how near
this is to the form, but
these are the measure-
ments given by the
Superintendent.

Please inform me as soon as you can.

Dear Sir,

Will you please
send me word how you and Mr Timson
divide your lots as to relative posi-
tion. As they are on the westerly side
of Walnut Avenue, fronting to the
east, of course one of them is
north and one south of the other.

The following is nearly the form of
the lots according to the sketch sent me.

[Diagram: measurements & orientation]

Which takes the north and which
the south? And then again,
as the sides are unequal, are
we to run the line between
you so as to give you
each equal quantity?

Please reply as soon as you can.

Yours Resp.y
