Art'. 25 -- Receiving Tombs.

As the Corporation has now but one tomb, the plu-
ral should be changed to the singular in the title,
and in the 2d line.

In the last line on the 46th page
the word "fifteen" should be changed to "fourteen,"
to conform to the present tariff of prices.

I have never understood what the words --
"in a legal way", in the 7th line of the 47th page, unless
it be that the removal shall not be made without
the knowledge and sanction of the Supt. As I have
proposed to make the by-law on Interments (Art. 16)
forbid persons not in the employ of the Corporation
to open a grave or tomb for interment or removal,
these would appear to me unnecessary. --

Art. 29 -- Repair Fund.

I insert here what I sometime since, with the
approbation of the Committee on Lots proposed as a
recommendation for amendt of this By law. --

"The Committee on Lots are satisfied from obser-
vation that the language of the second clause of Art. 29 --
"Repair Fund" tends very much to mislead
proprietors who are inquiring upon this subject,
