Dear Sir,

The Committee on Lots
have instructed me to notify you
that they will contract, subject to
the approval of the Trustees, for the per-
petual care and preservation of lot
no. 1397 belonging to the estate of the
late Solomon Sargent, for four hun-
dred dollars; and of that lot
together with 1398, belonging to Thomas
Stearns -- being in one enclosure --
for seven hundred dollars.

on payment of four hundred
and fifty dollars.

If their terms are satisfactory,
I will prepare the papers
for you. --
