Messrs Shedd & Edson

Gentlemen,

Your contract
to survey and put lots on the plan
quarterly will get stretched somewhat
unless you go out and finish up
your last year's work, and give us
a chance to begin this year clean.

Please proceed as soon as
possible, or we shall be "in a
heap".

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge
Sec.y

Mrs Anne Richards

Dear Madam,

I recd answer
from Capt. Winsor today on
the matter of removing grave and head-
stone of your husband to lot bought
by you last fall.

He says I may inform
you it will not cost more
than $15 or $16: he will do it
for you as low as can be.

Yours Respy

A.J. Coolidge
