Capt. D.L. Winsor

Dear Sir,

Mr Henry Gassett
yesterday paid the Treasr the sum of $600.
the amt required by the Com. on Lots for the
perpetual care of Lot no. 2113, Lime Av.e
I think the fund will yield enough for
the bills of the present year, with judicious
application of labor -- prob. not less than $25
up to 31st Dec.r -- perhaps more. --

I send you back the report. Mr
Gassett
says there is some small shrubbery
in front, which he would like to have
you state on the report, -- that was
his understanding -- that our care
covers his shrubbery. I think it is
so trifling an item, that it should
be included. Our printed contracts cover
shrubbery. Please bring in the report to-
morrow.

Resp.y yours

A.J. Coolidge
