The Committee
on Lots have instructed me
to inform you that this Cor-
poration will guarantee the
perpetual repair of lot no. 2800,
on Sylvan Path, belonging to
Mr S.S. Constant, on payment
of four hundred dollars. --

If this shall be acceptable to
Mr Constant, I will prepare
the papers upon being so notified.

If you desire, you can see the
Superintendent's Report upon the
lot by calling here. --
