the Trustees held on Monday
last it was --

Voted that the Super-
intendent be authorized to
have the necessary repairs
done to the "Superintendent's
house."

propr of lot 3394 Spruce Ave
as to enforcing condition abt granite curb.
Was your agreement with him [deleted word] definite
as to time of erecting curb? If so, I can
[find?] it in deeds & records as I have the
deed not delivered yet. The deed contains
a stipulation for granite curb but without time.

I return the order he sent me this morn.

Thanks for your help! That one is particularly hard. We will definitely have to see if it this particular page is more readable in person. Since the copybooks were made by pressing the wet ink from letters onto thin transparent paper, they can get quite hard. You can always skip anything that is too hard to read. Thanks so much for your work once again.
