Wm C. Lears Esq
Dear Sir,
I thought I
should long since have sent you
a copy of the deed of reconveyances
in trust which I prepared for you
to reconvey the Spring Lot - but have
been unable to do so until now that I
have an assistant.
I think its terms will prove
satisfactory to you.
Yours truly
A.J. Coolidge
Secretary
Dear Madam,
I am instructed
by the Committee on Lots to
notify you that this Corporation
will guarantee the perpetual re-
pair and preservation of lot num-
bered 2517 belonging to the estate
of your late husband for the
sum of eleven hundred
dollars, after the repairs suggested
by the Superintendent, shall have
been made. -
Very Resp.y. yours,
Austin J. Coolidge
Secretary
