Misser E.L. & H.C. Kennard
943 Washington St

I am informed by H. Kennard Esq
that Michael Kennard, propr of lot
no. 974
in Mt Auburn was your
father, and that he died many years since.

I find upon reference to our interment
records that Michael Kennard died
on the , but unfortu-
nately for title to this lot that event was
15 days before the date of the deed
to the proprietor, in that if he was
the person intended the deed would
be void.

Will you please to call and see
me, as we are making up a new
catalogue, and should like to
get this matter right.

Yours resp.y

A.J. Coolidge
