Dear Sir,

At a meeting of the Trus-
tees of the Corporation held Sept 4, 1865, the follow-
ing vote was adopted --

"Voted that the [word missing]
by a Committee of Trustees [missing words] municipal
and [?] Cambridge & Watertown , in relation
to the acceptance of such portion of said road
and report thereon."

I enclose here with copy of a report made
by a Committee of the Trustees Jany. 27, 1862 on [those?]
rights and liabilities of this Corporation respecting the
way called Coolidge Avenue:

Also, a plan of the lands conveyed
to this corporation including said road.

Please preserve & return this plan to
our files.
