My dear Sir,

I have seen
Mr Markham today, & he
has since spent an hour or more
time with me in looking over the
plan. He seems very favorably
disposed -- wishes to avoid all
personal feeling, and will go
out at once to see what he can
find to suit the case. I think
he is very gentlemanly in his dis-
position, and will do what you
desire, if he can see his way clear.

You shall hear from me again
as soon as I can report progress.

Very Resp.y yours

A.J. Coolidge

Alex. Wilson Esq

Spruce Avenue, was reported as
sold to you on the 2d of September

which is added $2 for the deed,
making $78.50. & which is always
payable within five days from the bargaining
for the lot. --

I dont know what arrangements
you made with the Superintendent about
grading, but that always constitutes
a separate bill.
