Henry Gurney Esq

Dear Sir,

The Committee
on Lots have directed me to inform
you that this Corporation will
accept the trust for the perpetual
repair of your lot no. 1014 on
Fir Avenue, in its present con-
dition for the sum of four
hundred dollars ($400.)

The Superintendent reports that
the lot is wanting new grading &
sodding. If the Corporation under-
take to do this, you will not
have to wait until another year,
when it can be done.

Very Resp.y yours

Austin J. Coolidge
Sec.y

D. W. Cunningham Esq
Worcester, Mass.

Dear Sir,

Yours of yester-
day inquiring if grave can be opened
as late as is before me.
I say without doubt -- yes!
It would be very unusual for more
than two or three inches of frost to get
in before that, and often not much
till near Christmas. We should
not mind a few inches. You must
run your own risk of weather.

The point of residence I believe
you settled in favor of Boston. If you have
occasion to change it, please inform me,
as we are rapidly making up the cata-
logue.

Truly yours

A.J. Coolidge
