Geo. Albree Esq
Pittsburgh, Pa.

Dear Sir,

We are preparing a
new catalogue of the lots and proprietors in
the Cemetery. I have been informed
that your brother John made such
disposition of his estate (the residuasm)
as to carry his lot no. 129 (which
is real estate) to you.

The only evidence one has of title
to a lot should appear upon our record
and this always made in such cases
as this by reference to the original
will or the record. I can get at these
here. But if you wish it to appear
as it should upon the deed, you
will send me the deed which I will
return by mail. Please also enclose
$3, the charge in the matter.

Dear Sir,

In making a more
thorough revision of the plans, & by
striking from the catalogue all ^numbers of lots
said to be located (yet unsold) where
the location is obviously impracticable,
we obtained the following numbers
for your use, which you can apply to
lots made up and that must be sold in
that form, as well as to lots sold: --

238, 239, 279, 284, 341, 342, 344,
344, 373, 374, 450, 456, 531, 536,
537, 567, 576, 579, 589, 763, 2532,
2936, 2960, 3012, 3037, 3038, 3081,
3554, 3599, 3600 -- = 30 numbers.

All the above are exclusive
of numbers recently reported by
you.
