Dear Sir,

I have obtained
a report of the Supt upon your lot
as requested and have laid the
same before the Committee on
Lots who have given the subject
careful consideration, and have
directed me to inform you that
this Corporation will assume
the perpetual care of your lot
no. 731
, with its monument,
fence, soil & everything thereon,
for the sum of six hundred
dollars ($600.) I do not think
this sum high at all. I shall await
your further orders.

Dear Sir,

The Committee on
Lots before whom I laid the sub-
ject of assuming the perpetual
repair of lot 3031 -- belonging to the
estate of the late Mrs Wyeth -- have
considered the matter, and direc-
ted me to inform you that
this Corporation will guarantee
such repair for the sum given
by her -- viz. five hundred
dollars. --

I enclose you the contract
for your signature. When you ^shall have
returned it to me, I will have
it completed, recorded & returned
to you.

Please also enclose the fee of $5. for same.
